The Fox and the Pharaoh

The wonderful RP of which Kern and Yami are going to meet.

Let us see how that goes.

"You are all ours puppy!"

Mystery glanced up at the voice.

Ten hounds crouched, ready to spring

The pup yelped in fear and backed away from them.

They sprung...

"MIND CRUSH!"

All of them fell on a heap on the ground, twitching before they died.

Mystery covered his eyes with his paws, waiting for the pain the hounds were surely going to do to him. Yet none game. He peaked one eye opened and saw the dead dogs and backed away a bit from them. He glanced over to where he had heard the voice come from.

"A pity." the fugure with spiked hair, lanky features, and red/blue eyes said as he observed the carnage. "I so wanted to have a penalty game with them. They deserved it, after picking on the weak."

<i>That's...!!</i> Kern took over and forced the pup to bow low

Mystery blinked. Kern knew who that was?

"Hmm?" the figure said, then smiled "Ah yes...you. Kern the trixter. So you have found a host as well. I believe it was Greece you were harrassing before you made your way to my territory in Egypt."

"Yes, great Pharaoh. "

"Rise, and allow your host control. I wish to see why he was being picked on."

Kern did as he was told.

Mystery blinked, shaking himself after being suddenly thrown into his Mindscape without warning. He looked up at the figure from before.

"Ah! What might your name be?" the figure asked "I am Yami."

"My name's Mystery."

"Mystery...hmmm a fitting name." he stroked his chin

The puppy wagged his tail slightly at that.

"Why were those fools picking on you? Did they lose to you in a game?"

Mystery shook his head. "They always pick on me."

"I despise those that pick on the weak. I shall put anyone else who dare make you the'r toy into a penalty game!"

"You don't have to do that. I'm use to it, really."

"Please, my Pharaoh...listen to him. You have changed since your host had freed you. You cannot actually be considering murder at his expence?"

The tall figure sighed, taken aback by the councel of the fox

"No." he said softly "My partner would not like me taking lives for revenge."

Mystery frowned, listening to the two talk.

Yami smiled down at the little puppy

The canine returned the smile.

"Come now." he scooped up the tiny pup and carried him away from the carnage

"..Where are we going?"
